Shipping & Delivery

We offer several shipping options based on product category:

  • Standard Shipping: We work to provide the best rate for standard shipping. Shipping fees are calculated after purchase and will be invoiced separately once your order is ready to ship. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes in-home delivery, setup, and packaging removal for larger or fragile items. Fees for White Glove Delivery will be invoiced separately, based on your location and specific items. Please select this option at checkout if you’d like White Glove Delivery.
  • Vendor Fulfillment: Many products ship directly from our vendors’ warehouses. Delivery times depend on the vendor’s schedule, and we’ll confirm the final shipping cost and invoice you once the item is ready to ship.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products may take additional time for delivery. We will provide shipping details once the item is ready to ship.
  • Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally is not available currently.

For all shipping, fees are not displayed at checkout and will be calculated and invoiced separately after your purchase. This approach allows us to provide the most accurate and cost-effective shipping rate possible. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order or our shipping process.

Claims and Online Returns

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Here’s an overview of our claims and returns process:

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and items must be in new, unused condition with their original packaging.
  • Restocking Fees: Non-damaged returns may incur a restocking fee (typically 20%-25%), and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will work with the vendor to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • Custom/Final Sale Items: Custom, special-order, and sale/discontinued items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Once the vendor inspects the returned item, refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipment. If an order has already shipped, standard return policies will apply.
